تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامكم لموقعنا وللتواصل معنا عبر الهاتف وواتساب والبريد الإلكتروني. باستخدامكم لهذه القنوات فإنكم توافقون على هذه الشروط. مقدّم الخدمة هو "علاء الدين للاستشارات المحاسبية والضريبية"، مؤسسة فردية مسجّلة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية (سجل تجاري 180434). These terms govern your use of our website and of contacting us by phone, WhatsApp and email. By using these channels you agree to them. The service provider is Aladdin Accounting & Tax Consultancy, a sole proprietorship registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (commercial register 180434).

الخدماتServices

نقدّم استشارات وخدمات ضريبية ومحاسبية، منها التسجيل الضريبي وإعداد الإقرارات ومسك الدفاتر وإعداد القوائم المالية. يُتفق على نطاق كل خدمة وأتعابها مع العميل قبل البدء بها. المعلومات العامة في الموقع وفي رسائل واتساب ليست بديلًا عن استشارة مخصّصة لحالتكم. We provide tax and accounting consulting and services, including tax registration, preparing returns, bookkeeping and financial statements. The scope and fees of each engagement are agreed with the client before work starts. General information on the website or in WhatsApp messages is not a substitute for advice tailored to your situation.

التزامات العميلClient responsibilities

الأتعاب والدفعFees & payment

تُحدَّد الأتعاب بالاتفاق المسبق مع العميل، وتُستحق وفق ما يُتفق عليه. الرسوم والضرائب الحكومية تُدفع بشكل منفصل عن أتعابنا ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك. Fees are agreed in advance with the client and are due as agreed. Government fees and taxes are separate from our fees unless agreed otherwise.

السرّية والخصوصيةConfidentiality & privacy

نلتزم بسرّية معلوماتكم. يخضع التعامل مع بياناتكم الشخصية لـ سياسة الخصوصية، ويمكنكم طلب حذفها وفق تعليمات حذف البيانات. We keep your information confidential. Handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you can request deletion under our data deletion instructions.

حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of liability

نبذل العناية المهنية المعتادة في أعمالنا. نتائج الإقرارات والقرارات الضريبية تعتمد على صحة المعلومات المقدَّمة منكم وعلى القوانين والتعليمات النافذة وقرارات الجهات الرسمية. ضمن ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو الناتجة عن معلومات غير صحيحة أو متأخرة من العميل، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا عن أي خدمة على قيمة الأتعاب المقبوضة عنها. We exercise customary professional care. Outcomes of returns and tax decisions depend on the accuracy of the information you provide, the laws and rules in force, and decisions of the authorities. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect damages or for damage resulting from inaccurate or late information from the client, and our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees received for it.

إنهاء الخدمةTermination

يجوز لكل طرف إنهاء التعامل بإشعار كتابي (ويكفي البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب)، ويبقى العميل ملزمًا بأتعاب الأعمال المنجزة حتى تاريخ الإنهاء. يجوز لنا إيقاف التواصل مع أي جهة تسيء استخدام قنواتنا. Either party may end the relationship by written notice (email or WhatsApp is enough); the client remains liable for fees for work done up to that date. We may stop communicating with anyone who misuses our channels.

القانون الواجب التطبيقGoverning law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختص محاكم عمّان بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

التعديلاتChanges

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، ويُعدّ استمراركم في استخدام قنواتنا بعد التعديل موافقة عليه. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه. We may update these terms; continued use of our channels after an update means you accept it. The date above shows the latest revision.
