يمكنكم في أي وقت طلب حذف بياناتكم الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها لدى "علاء الدين للاستشارات المحاسبية والضريبية"، بما فيها رقم هاتفكم وسجل محادثات واتساب والمستندات التي أرسلتموها. You can ask at any time for the personal data we hold about you at Aladdin Accounting & Tax Consultancy to be deleted, including your phone number, WhatsApp conversation history and any documents you sent us.

كيف تطلبون الحذفHow to request deletion

  1. أرسلوا بريدًا إلى care@aladdinaccountingtax.com بعنوان "طلب حذف بيانات" (Data deletion request)، أو راسلونا عبر واتساب على الرقم +962 79 730 0013 من الرقم نفسه المراد حذف بياناته. Email care@aladdinaccountingtax.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or message us on WhatsApp at +962 79 730 0013 from the same number whose data should be deleted.
  2. اذكروا اسمكم ورقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط ببياناتكم، حتى نتحقق من هويتكم.Include your name and the phone number or email linked to your data so we can verify your identity.
  3. نؤكد استلام الطلب خلال 3 أيام عمل، وننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يومًا من تأكيد هويتكم، ثم نخطركم عند الانتهاء.We confirm receipt within 3 working days, complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity, and notify you when done.

ما الذي يُحذفWhat is deleted

نحذف بيانات التواصل وسجل المحادثات والمستندات المحفوظة لدينا. وقد نحتفظ بالحد الأدنى من السجلات التي يوجب القانون الأردني حفظها (مثل السجلات المحاسبية والضريبية لأعمال أُنجزت لكم) طوال المدة النظامية، ثم تُحذف. We delete your contact details, conversation history and stored documents. We may retain the minimum records Jordanian law requires us to keep (such as accounting and tax records of work done for you) for the legal period, after which they are deleted.

حذفنا لبياناتكم لا يحذف الرسائل المخزّنة على هاتفكم أو لدى واتساب (Meta)؛ لحذفها استخدموا إعدادات واتساب أو راجعوا سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها. Our deletion does not remove messages stored on your phone or by WhatsApp (Meta); to remove those, use WhatsApp's settings or see its privacy policy.
